We work directly with your housing bureau and our services are free to you and your attendees. We can locate hotels in any price range near your host hotels or near the convention center where you are holding your meetings. Our specialty is overflow hotels which allows your attendees to find rooms when the host hotel release date has expired or when they are sold out.
All rooms are held on contract with Overflow Hotels. You do not sign agreements with the hotel obligating you to attrition and cancellation fees.
